- ¼ cup brown sugar
- Pinch table salt
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice
- ¼ cup whole milk
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- In one bowl, combine flour, pumpkin spice, and salt. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth, then add sugars and mix until fluffy. Incorporate egg yolk and vanilla.
