Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated, divided)
- 1 bell pepper stem for decoration
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups of shredded cheddar until well blended.
- Lay out double cling wrap on your counter; place ⅓ cup of shredded cheddar on the bottom.
- Form the cheese mixture into a ball over the cheddar and cover completely with remaining cheddar.
- Wrap tightly with cling wrap to shape into a ball and secure with rubber bands for ridges.
- Chill in the fridge for at least two hours before serving. Decorate with the bell pepper stem.
