  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated, divided)
  • 1 bell pepper stem for decoration

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups of shredded cheddar until well blended.
  2. Lay out double cling wrap on your counter; place ⅓ cup of shredded cheddar on the bottom.
  3. Form the cheese mixture into a ball over the cheddar and cover completely with remaining cheddar.
  4. Wrap tightly with cling wrap to shape into a ball and secure with rubber bands for ridges.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least two hours before serving. Decorate with the bell pepper stem.
