- 4 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
- ⅔ cup pumpkin puree
- 1 large egg (room temperature)
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 18.3 ounces fudge brownie mix (1 box)
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly spray an 8×8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese, pumpkin puree, egg, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and salt until smooth; set aside.
- Prepare the fudge brownie mix according to package instructions. Spread about ⅔ of the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan.
