- 375 g Puff Pastry Sheet (ready rolled)
- 400 g Mincemeat
- 40 g Dried Cranberries
- Zest of 1 Clementine
- 1 Egg (beaten)
- 1 tbsp Icing Sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan/Gas 6) and line two baking sheets with paper.
- Unroll the puff pastry and spread the mincemeat evenly over it, leaving a small gap on the edges.
- Sprinkle dried cranberries and clementine zest onto the mincemeat.
- Roll up the pastry tightly from the long edge and chill in the fridge for 15 minutes if possible.
- Slice the roll into approximately 2cm thick pieces and arrange them on the baking sheets.
- Brush each slice with beaten egg for a shiny finish.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes until golden brown, then cool for 10 minutes before dusting with icing sugar.
