  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 can croissant dough (about 8 oz)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Melted dark chocolate and thinned pistachio crème for drizzling
  • Chopped roasted pistachios for topping

Instructions

  1. 1. Melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl at 20-second intervals until smooth; set aside.
  2. 2. In a separate bowl, whisk together pistachio paste, powdered sugar, and heavy cream until smooth.
  3. 3. Unroll croissant dough and cut into triangles. Spoon half a tablespoon of pistachio filling on one side and melted chocolate on the other.
  4. 4. Fold over the dough to seal securely, pressing down on the edges.
  5. 5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
