Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325F (165C) and grease a Bundt pan.
- Cream together the softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla and pineapple extracts.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the butter mixture alternately with sour cream.
- Fold in the drained crushed pineapple.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 75-85 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with reserved pineapple juice until smooth, then drizzle over the cooled cake.
