  5. Alternate adding the dry ingredients with sour cream until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in crushed pineapple before pouring the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with pineapple juice and drizzle over cooled cake.
