- 1 tbsp plant-based oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp crushed chili flakes
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup basmati rice
- 2 cups water

Instructions
- Rinse basmati rice under cold water until clear. In a pot, combine rice, water, and a pinch of salt. Bring to boil, then cover and simmer for about 15 minutes until water is absorbed.
