  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup sour cream (room temperature)
  • 1½ cups fresh peaches (peeled & sliced)
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter (cut into small pieces)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. For the crust, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl until moistened. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and sour cream. Pour over the crust.
  4. For the topping, toss sliced peaches with flour, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a separate bowl. Spread evenly over the cheesecake layer and dot with small pieces of cold butter.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes until set; cool completely before slicing.
