  • 8 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 stick (½ cup) salted butter, room temperature
  • 1¾ cups old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and butter a 9×9 baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix sliced peaches with granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, cornstarch, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and salt. Pour into the baking pan.
  3. In the same bowl, cream together brown sugar, remaining flour, butter, and cinnamon until clumpy. Stir in oats until well mixed.
