- 10 oz challah or French bread, cut into large chunks
- 24 oz frozen sliced peaches, thawed and drained
- 1 1/4 cups almond milk
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp light butter
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 13×9 casserole dish with cooking spray. Place the bread chunks evenly in the bottom of the dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and granulated sugar until well combined. Add almond milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and kosher salt; mix until smooth.
