- 3–4 pounds baby back ribs (membrane removed)
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F.
- Remove the membrane from the ribs for better seasoning.
