Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) block of cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip or whipped topping
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 24–26 Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Crush Oreo cookies in a sealed plastic bag using a rolling pin until finely ground. Spoon 1.5 – 2 tablespoons of crushed Oreos into the bottom of small dessert dishes.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Mix in vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in Cool Whip and any remaining crushed Oreos until combined.
- Divide the filling among the dessert dishes over the Oreo crusts and gently press down.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving. Top with whipped cream and more crushed Oreos as desired.
