Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) block of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip or whipped topping
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2426 Oreo cookies

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreo cookies in a sealed plastic bag using a rolling pin until finely ground. Spoon 1.5 – 2 tablespoons of crushed Oreos into the bottom of small dessert dishes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Mix in vanilla extract.
  3. Gently fold in Cool Whip and any remaining crushed Oreos until combined.
  4. Divide the filling among the dessert dishes over the Oreo crusts and gently press down.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving. Top with whipped cream and more crushed Oreos as desired.
