- 2 (5 oz) cans of tuna in water (drained)
- 3 oz chopped bell pepper
- 1 small chopped onion
- 3 tbsp avocado oil mayonnaise
- 3 oz shredded mozzarella
- 3 oz cottage cheese (or ricotta)
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spray a 5×9-inch baking pan with cooking oil.
