  • 2 (5 oz) cans of tuna in water (drained)
  • 3 oz chopped bell pepper
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 3 tbsp avocado oil mayonnaise
  • 3 oz shredded mozzarella
  • 3 oz cottage cheese (or ricotta)
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spray a 5×9-inch baking pan with cooking oil.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine drained tuna, bell pepper, onion, mayonnaise, mozzarella, cottage cheese, red pepper flakes, and garlic salt. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese melts and the top is golden brown.
