  • 1 lb meatballs (chicken, beef, turkey, or lamb)
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.
