  • 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large soup pot over medium-high heat. Sauté ground beef until browned.
  2. Add diced onion, celery, and carrots; cook for about 5 minutes until softened. Stir in garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  3. Add dried basil, Italian seasoning, brown sugar, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  4. Pour in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and broth; bring to a boil.

  6. Add ditalini pasta; simmer for 8–10 minutes until al dente.
