  • 2 sheets ready-roll puff pastry (vegan & gluten-free)
  • 6 tablespoons Vegan Nutella
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 3 tablespoons dairy-free milk (for wash)
  • 2 tablespoons caster sugar
  • Dairy-free white chocolate buttons (for decoration)
  • 2 tablespoons icing sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick and cut into 4×6 inch rectangles.
  3. Place 1 tablespoon of Vegan Nutella on each rectangle and add banana slices on top.
  4. Fold over the pastry to create pockets, sealing edges with fingers or a fork.
  5. Brush tops with dairy-free milk and sprinkle with sugar.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Once cooled slightly, decorate with melted dairy-free white chocolate buttons for eyes and dust with icing sugar.
