- 2 medium bananas
- 3 tablespoons dairy-free milk (for wash)
- 2 tablespoons caster sugar
- Dairy-free white chocolate buttons (for decoration)
- 2 tablespoons icing sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick and cut into 4×6 inch rectangles.
