  • 12 pepperoncini peppers + 1/4 cup pepperoncini juice
  • 1 (1 ounce) packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 (1 ounce) packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (cut into pieces)

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Pour pepperoncini juice over the chicken and add the whole pepperoncini peppers.
  2. Sprinkle ranch seasoning and au jus gravy mix evenly over the top.
  3. Add pieces of butter on top of the seasoned chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours until tender.
  5. Shred the chicken with two forks directly in the slow cooker, mixing it with the sauce before serving.
