  • 3 tbsp butter (divided)
  • 1 tbsp miso paste
  • 1 sweetheart cabbage (cut into 4 wedges)
  • ¼ cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200C/400F. Cut the sweetheart cabbage into quarters.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of softened butter with the miso paste. Use a pastry brush to apply this mixture generously to each cabbage wedge.
  3. Arrange the coated wedges on a baking sheet and roast for about 30-35 minutes until charred on the outside and slightly crispy inside.
  4. While roasting, melt the remaining tablespoon of butter in a pan over medium heat. Add Panko breadcrumbs and garlic powder, toasting until golden brown.
  5. Once the cabbage is roasted, sprinkle the toasted breadcrumbs over the wedges before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
