- 1 red bell pepper (diced)
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro (minced)
- 1 jalapeno (diced)
- 1/2 large red onion (diced)
- 2/3 cup cotija cheese (shredded)
- Dressing: sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, cumin, paprika, kosher salt, chili powder
- Garnish: fresh parsley
Instructions
