  • 2 cups corn kernels (fresh, canned, or frozen)

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and diced

Instructions

  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Add the cooled pasta and corn to the dressing along with optional ingredients like cotija cheese and jalapeño. Toss until well combined.
