  • 2 cups ripe cantaloupe or honeydew melon, cubed
  • 12 cups juicy watermelon, cubed (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest

  • Pinch of salt

  • crumbled feta or goat cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly and peel if necessary.
  2. Cut pineapple, cantaloupe (or honeydew), and watermelon into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the prepared fruit.
  4. Pour in lime juice and zest; add chopped herbs if desired.
  5. Gently toss to coat all ingredients evenly.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for 15–30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  7. Just before serving, sprinkle with salt and optional toppings for an extra kick.
