Instructions
- Wash all fruits thoroughly and peel if necessary.
- Cut pineapple, cantaloupe (or honeydew), and watermelon into bite-sized pieces.

- Pour in lime juice and zest; add chopped herbs if desired.
- Gently toss to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for 15–30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
