Description

Mediterranean Spinach and Feta Cheese Crisps are a mouthwatering blend of savory flavors and delightful crunch. Perfect for snacking, these cheesy bites are quick to make and add a gourmet touch to any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix spinach, feta, parmesan, mozzarella, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Scoop small spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten gently into thin circles.
  4. Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden around the edges and bubbly.
  5. Cool for 5 minutes before enjoying as a snack or salad topper.
