- 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 lemons
- 1 cup fresh dill
- 1 1/4 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 10 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground green cardamom
- Salt and pepper
- Pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- Make the dill Greek yogurt sauce by blending garlic, dill, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper in a food processor until smooth.
