  • 16 oz package potato gnocchi

Instructions

  3. Stir in flour to create a roux; cook until golden brown.
  4. Gradually whisk in the chicken stock and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Mix in shredded chicken, sundried tomatoes, heavy cream, kale, and seasonings. Stir well.
  6. Add raw gnocchi and cook until they float to the surface.
  7. Finish with freshly squeezed lemon juice and grated parmesan before serving.
