  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup maraschino cherry juice

  • 16 maraschino cherries (quartered)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/3 cup salted butter (softened)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon maraschino cherry juice (for frosting)

Instructions
