  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and grease your donut pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.
  3. In another bowl, mix eggs, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, milk, and melted butter until smooth.
  4. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Fill the donut pan with batter using a piping bag and bake for 8–10 minutes until springy.
  6. Let cool on a wire rack before glazing.
