- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup white cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp Panko bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
- 1/2 Tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
Instructions
- If using fresh spinach, wash and chop; if using frozen, ensure it is thawed and drained.
- Sauté minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant.
- In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth.
- Stir in sautéed garlic and spinach along with cheeses and seasonings.
