  • 300g bucatini pasta
  • 250g cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 cup white apple vinegar
  • 1/2 cup reserved pasta water
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shaved

Instructions

  1. Cook the bucatini in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter with olive oil. Sauté minced garlic and optional red pepper flakes for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the white apple vinegar and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly reduced.
  4. Gently incorporate the cooked lobster meat into the skillet and toss to warm through.
  5. Add the drained bucatini using tongs and gradually mix in reserved pasta water to achieve a silky sauce.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then toss in chopped parsley before serving immediately with shaved Parmesan on top.
