- 250g cooked lobster meat, chopped

- 1/2 cup white apple vinegar
- 1/2 cup reserved pasta water
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shaved
Instructions
- Cook the bucatini in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter with olive oil. Sauté minced garlic and optional red pepper flakes for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the white apple vinegar and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly reduced.
- Gently incorporate the cooked lobster meat into the skillet and toss to warm through.
- Add the drained bucatini using tongs and gradually mix in reserved pasta water to achieve a silky sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then toss in chopped parsley before serving immediately with shaved Parmesan on top.
