  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Crumble and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks. Add onion and garlic; sauté until softened.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, beef broth, ketchup, and mustard; simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Combine pasta with sauce, stirring in cheddar and mozzarella until melted.
