Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked orzo
- 2 mini cucumbers, chopped
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, quartered
- 2 tablespoons red onion, chopped
- 2 cups cooked chicken

Instructions
- Cook the orzo in a salted pot of boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cool water.
