Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, blend together the flour, powdered sugar, and cubed butter until crumbly. Press evenly into the bottom of a lined baking sheet.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, granulated sugar, additional flour, and baking powder. Stir in lemon juice and shredded coconut.
