- 2/3 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–5 lemons)
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups granulated sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- For the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine flour, powdered sugar, and salt. Mix in softened butter until crumbly. Press into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan and bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden.

- Bake again for 25-30 minutes until the filling is set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares and dusting with powdered sugar.
