  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 large Onion, diced
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 (15-ounce) can Diced Tomatoes, with juice
  • 1 (15-ounce) can Tomato Sauce
  • ⅓ cup Tomato Paste
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 12 cups Water
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 8 ounces Bowtie Pasta
  • ½ cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 ounces Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese, shaved or grated
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large soup pot over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic. Sauté until the beef is fully cooked.
  2. Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Add uncooked bowtie pasta and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and let simmer for 10-15 minutes until pasta is tender.
  5. Adjust soup consistency with water or broth as needed.
  6. Serve hot with ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses stirred into individual bowls. Garnish with parsley.
