Ingredients
- 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 7 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup bottled lime juice
- Zest of 1–2 limes (to taste)
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with sugar until stiff peaks form; set aside.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Mix in sweetened condensed milk and gradually add lime juice until well combined.
- Fold in lime zest and then gently fold in half of the whipped cream. Chill for at least 6 hours.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs with sugar and melted butter; divide into mason jars.
- Layer about 1/3 cup of key lime filling over each crust layer in the jars.
- Top with remaining whipped cream using a piping bag and garnish as desired.
