  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/4 Onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Dill Pickle Relish
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dill Pickle Relish
  • 1 tbsp Sugar-Free Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the beef and onion in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned; drain excess grease.
  2. Stir in dill pickle relish and Worcestershire sauce; season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, Swerve, and ketchup to create the sauce.
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, form cheese circles (3-4 inches) and bake for 6-8 minutes until golden.
  5. Assemble by placing sauce, lettuce, and beef mixture onto each cheese circle; roll them up carefully.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
