Instructions

  2. Gradually add dry ingredients until a dough forms, then fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Scoop dough into balls (about 140 grams each) and chill for at least 3 hours.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake cookies for 12–16 minutes until slightly underdone in the center.
