  • 2 cups whole milk

  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese (optional)
  • 1 packet (1 oz) hollandaise sauce mix
  • 1 cup milk (for the hollandaise)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter (for the hollandaise)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped turkey bacon with English muffin pieces.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, whole milk, salt, black pepper, and onion powder until smooth.
  4. In your baking dish, spread the muffin mixture evenly and pour the egg mixture over it. If using cheese, sprinkle it on top.
  5. Bake for about 45 minutes or until set and golden on top.
  6. Prepare hollandaise sauce per package instructions using milk and butter.
  7. Let cool slightly before slicing and drizzle with hollandaise sauce before serving.
