Ingredients
- 2 jalapeno peppers
- 4 cups corn kernels (cooked and cooled)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- ½ cup cooked chopped turkey bacon
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Chop jalapenos after removing seeds and membranes to control heat.
