Instructions

  4. While cooling, slice strawberries and toss with sugar to release juices.
  5. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form; fold in some strawberry juice for flavor.
  6. Spread whipped mixture in cooled crust, arrange strawberries on top, drizzle with remaining juice, then serve chilled or at room temperature.
