  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced

  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, lemon juice, and chicken broth.
  3. Marinate the chicken breasts in the marinade for at least one hour.
