- 12 oz smoked sausage, sliced

- 3 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil and ranch seasoning until evenly coated.
- Add the sliced smoked sausage to the bowl and mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through until golden brown.
