  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds (or preferred nuts)
  • 14 oz soft caramels (unwrapped)
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 3 cups rice crisps

Instructions

  1. Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt caramels with milk until smooth.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in intervals of 30 seconds, stirring until glossy.
  4. In a large bowl, mix rice crisps and chopped almonds; pour melted caramel over and stir well.
  5. Spread the mixture into the prepared pan and drizzle melted chocolate on top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set before cutting into squares.
