  • 1 package pre-made croissant dough (8 croissants)
  • 1 box vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz, instant)
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the croissant dough and cut it into triangles.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix with 1 cup of whole milk for about 2 minutes until thick. Fold in the powdered sugar.
  4. Place a tablespoon of filling at the wide end of each triangle and roll tightly.

  6. For ganache, heat heavy cream in a saucepan until boiling, then whisk in cocoa powder until smooth.
  7. Dip the tops of cooled croissants in ganache and let set on wire racks.
