Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter and cocoa powder. Stir in granulated sugar and eggs one at a time until combined. Add flour, baking powder, and salt; mix gently.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Mix in one egg and fold in half the blackberries.
- Pour half the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Spread cheesecake mixture on top, followed by dollops of remaining brownie batter. Swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
