  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 600g)
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, mix pineapple chunks, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, and olive oil to create the marinade.
