  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup dulce de leche
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs, at room temperature

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; press firmly into the bottom of the pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add dulce de leche and vanilla; mix well. Beat in eggs one at a time until creamy.
  4. Pour filling over the crust and bake for 30-35 minutes or until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  5. Cool at room temperature for an hour, then refrigerate for at least two hours before slicing.
