- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (divided)

- 3 tablespoons apricot preserves
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon (divided)
- Pinch of ground nutmeg
- 1 sheet puff pastry (9.5 x 9 inches)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Core and slice apples thinly (about ⅛ inch).
- In a bowl, mix apple slices with 1 tablespoon melted butter, lemon juice, and salt. Spread evenly on the baking sheet.
