- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- Neutral oil for cooking

Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add neutral oil. Once hot, add ground turkey and cook until browned and no longer pink (about 6–7 minutes), breaking it into crumbles.
- Reduce heat to medium and stir in minced garlic. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar. Pour the mixture into the skillet with the turkey and stir to coat evenly.
- Let simmer for 3–5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Stir in sliced green onions before serving. Enjoy over rice or noodles or in lettuce cups.
