Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss cauliflower florets in olive oil, honey, curry powder, salt, and pepper until coated. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes until golden brown.
  2. In another bowl, toss rinsed chickpeas with paprika, salt, and olive oil. Roast or pan-fry until crunchy.
  3. Heat a grill pan over medium heat; grill halloumi slices until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Serve the roasted cauliflower topped with grilled halloumi and crispy chickpeas.
